Welcome to Hypnotherapy and Coaching Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of our audio products (downloads), and the booking of our private sessions. By browsing this website, booking a consultation, or buying a product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Scope of service & non-medical disclaimer
Non-Clinical Services: Hypnotherapy and Coaching Solutions provides private, non-clinical solution focused hypnotherapy and mindset coaching solutions.
No Medical Care: Our services, sessions, website content, social media posts, and audio products are designed strictly for stress management, personal growth, confidence building, sleep habit improvement, and behavioural habit change. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical nursing care, psychological therapy, or psychiatric treatment.
No Diagnosis: We do not diagnose, treat, or cure clinical medical or mental health illnesses.
Client Responsibility: If you have an underlying medical or psychological condition, or are taking prescribed medication, you must consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before engaging in our services. Engaging with this website or our sessions does not establish a clinical medical relationship.
Session bookings, payments, & cancellations
Initial Discovery Call: Free initial consultations (15 minutes) are limited to one per person and are intended strictly to discuss your lifestyle goals and assess suitability for our services.
Payments: Fees for single strategy sessions or multi-session packages must be paid in full via our secure online payment link before your scheduled session time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee, and no refund will be issued.
Package Expiry: All sessions included within a multi-session package (e.g., the Future Pacing Package) must be used within six (6) months of the initial purchase date. Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
Product sales (audio tracks)
Safety Warning: You must never listen to our hypnotherapy audio tracks or CDs while driving, operating machinery, or performing any task that requires your full focus and alertness.
Contraindications: If you have a history of epilepsy, clinical seizures, or severe complex psychiatric disorders, you must obtain permission from your doctor before listening to our audio products.
Digital Content Downloads: If you purchase a digital audio download, you explicitly agree that your right to a 14 day cancellation window is waived once the digital download or streaming process has begun.
Intellectual property
Copyright Protection: All content displayed on this website including text layouts, blog posts, graphics, logos, booking scripts, and the audio tracks/CD scripts is the intellectual property of Hypnotherapy and Coaching Solutions.
Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any of our text content or recorded audio files without our express, written permission. Audio products are sold strictly for individual personal use.

Statutory Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Hypnotherapy and Coaching Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or distress arising from your use of our website, audio tracks, or private hypnotherapy/coaching sessions.
